It sure is fun to take family pictures…especially when the family is as nice and fun as this family.   We had a beautiful day and the Tuohig’s have a gorgeous back yard; two great elements for some great pictures.  Add to that, these beautiful people and wahlah….spectacular portraits!   Thank you so much for inviting me to be your family photographer.  It was such a treat.  Here’s a few pictures to wet your appetite for more to come!

Josh is a great young man that I have known for many years and have actually gotten to do a lot of cool things with him in our youth group.  Now, I got the great privilege to take his Senior Pics!  You can tell from his pictures that he has had experience modeling.  I never noticed his eye color before…take a look for yourself…wow.  They are like hazel and yellow and really striking.    We had a fun time with his mom and best buddy, Dakota.  Thanks for your help.  It was a real blessing for me.

Okay, so his mom is super cool mom and let Josh pose in HER super sweet new Jeep. 

Josh said he liked waterfalls, so we found some of the best in the KC area to shoot at.  These pictures all turned out amazing.

Josh is a great athlete for Christ Preparatory Academy, which is evidenced by all the medals on his letter.  We found a great graffiti wall for these really cool pictures.

Wow how Edmund has grown!  He has these huge blue eyes and absolutely loves his mommy…he wouldn’t take his eyes off her.  I loved it!  He was a super male model, but I’m afraid I wore him out.

The Johnson family had not had a family portrait done since Lindsay was 8 months old!  Whoa…she’s leaving for college tomorrow.  It was time and there was no time to waste.  What a fun time I had with this very special family.  My “assistant”, Brandon (my son), has been Lindsay’s boyfriend for almost 3 years so he came along to carry my bags and I’m not sure what else!  The Johnson’s are a beautiful family inside and out and they like to laugh a lot.  I was pure joy for me.  Thanks!

Wow! What an amazing couple…with an amazing family…awaiting an amazing new life!  These pictures speak for themselves.  It was a gorgeous night with a spectacular sunset, majestic horses and a glowing new mommy and daddy.  Magnificent!

Meeting Kristen yesterday for her senior shoot was such a delight for me.  She was tons of fun and we had a nice break in the weather up until the final half hour or so.  The picture below was one of the last of our shoot and by then, it was super steamy.  She was still looking awesome despite the weather.  Thanks Kristen – it was a blast!
