I’m posting my first video on my blog. I make video slideshows all the time, but have not posted one so far. I thought that Miss J’s pictures were so amazing….I just had to share. Aren’t you glad I did?
Little Miss O’s mommy was once upon a time a student in my youth group; someone I had the joy of having awesome fun with at retreats, camps and an incredible mission trip to Mexico. Seems like a long time ago! She is a wonderful mommy and still as beautiful as ever. We had so much fun taking O’s pictures. Miss O is 7 months old and you may not be able to tell in the pictures here, but just this week those first teeth have decided to push their way up. So, the normally jolly little Miss O, was not as animated, but still just as adorable. We managed to elicit a few great smiles, but I am just melting over all the shots of her. She is just so heavenly!
What an absolute thrill it was to get out on this gorgeous day and do this fun shoot with Miss J. Is she not about the cutest girlie ever??? We had sooooooooo much fun. We spent so much time in this awesome, gianormous antique store even though the weather outside was spectacular. It was just so fun exploring all the different “rooms” and all the great textures, colors, light and props available in there.
As I announced a few days ago, I am taking part in a National Charity contest to find “America’s Cutest Kid”. Miss J was my first contestant that I will enter. I will have to pick one image to submit and that won’t be easy. These are just the start of all the amazing shots I took today.
If you are interested in getting your child, ages 18 months to 14 years, in this contest, just give me a shout. There is a $25 entry fee, NO SITTING FEE, and no purchase is necessary. If you win, there is a $5,000 savings bond and a digital camera awaiting you. This national contest will benefit “Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep” organization.

I’ve been working hard to design those graduation cards that I promised lots of you. I may not be done yet….it was fun to do! But, here is several new designs. I sure hope someone orders the super slick 5×5 tri-fold….it is so fun and will feature the graduate’s gorgeous pictures best. Enjoy!

WOW! It was a tight race and the voting was off the charts for Thrive’s Class of 2009 Ridiculously Good-Looking Senior Contest. I had no idea who would pull off the win…the votes were coming fast and furious for numbers #21, #27 and #35. It was close, but in the end #35 had the most votes.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by to vote for their favorite. Gorgeous #35 has won a beautiful 10×20 collage. Here’s a few more pictures from her portfolio:
