Presenting…..RACHEL…a Class of 2010 Thrive Blue Valley West SpokesModel!

Of all of my 2010 SpokesModels, Rachel is the only one that I knew.  I think I first met Rachel when she was in 2nd grade after we moved to Kansas from Ohio.  She played soccer with my daughter for a little while and I have known her family throughout all these years through sports with my son.  Rachel comes from an amazing family and is the youngest of 5.  I am not exaggerating when I say that she is more beautiful on the inside than the outside and that’s saying a lot! 

I know that Rachel loves Jesus, loves her family and loves basketball.  I am just thrilled that she was chosen to be my representative at Blue Valley West for the Class of 2010!

Introducing:  Amanda!   One of Thrive Creative Studio’s Senior SpokesModels of the Class of 2010

Amanda is an Olathe EastHawk, involved in the Hawk Mentoring program at her school and a part of Destiny Cheer All Stars, a competitive cheerleading group.  

We had an awesome time together capturing incredible pictures for her senior portraits.    I was so excited to shoot on the carousel at Oak Park Mall and she had a picture on her phone that she’d taken of herself on a carousel horse when she was little. 

I am so excited that Amanda was chosen to represent Thrive Seniors and in about a week, her entire gallery will be up and running in my featured galleries on my website.  If you are a senior, or know a senior, who knows Amanda, be sure to get one of her rep cards to save some $ on your senior pictures!

I’m pretty convinced that there are nothing but pretty girls at Mill Valley High School!   Not just pretty, either….but, sweet.  Natalie was no exception!   She met me at Cedar Creek for some waterfall pictures.  Since yesterday was “Take Your Child to Work Day”, I had Leah as my assistant.  I’m sort of hoping it gave her appreciation for my “work”.    I think sometimes because I love what I am doing so much that my kids don’t see it as my “work”.    If you are happy and excited when you leave for your job, is it really “work”?  I guess not!  Anyways…I’m digressing…. Leah was pooped out by the time we got done shooting Natalie’s incredible senior portraits.    Natalie is such a sweet graduate and one of the first ones who is actually sad to be graduating.   It seems she has a pretty tight group of friends and of course, they will all be going in different directions after graduation.  It was great to get to know her a bit and take these (and many, many other) amazing pictures of her.  Thanks Natalie!

I’m not going to write much today because it’s “Take your child to work day” and my “assistant”, Leah, is over due for her lunch break!  Ha ha!!   I’ve been working like crazy today and finally, got to my sneak peek for Jackie.  I met Jackie and her mom yesterday at the Plaza and we had the MOST amazing senior photo shoot!   Jackie is incredibly gorgeous, and sweet, and fun and spunky.  All qualities that make for A-MAZ-ING pictures.   Thanks Jackie and Josque for making my job so fabulous!
