Nick and Jen have been together for 7 years and married for 3, but have never had portraits taken together! I personally think they still seem like newlyweds and it was fun hanging out with them to capture some special shots. Jen is an actress and involved in local theater and Nick is also involved in film and some community theater. It seemed appropriate to get some shots outside the old theater in downtown OP and we couldn’t have asked for a more picture perfect day.

See what God has done.” The words of this spiritual were written in 1897, but rang in my ears this morning while I was composing these blog collages. These gorgeous families, babies, couples and graduates were my awesome clients in 2008. As I pulled each pictures into the collage, I remembered specific things about each shoot and I smiled and smiled at my computer screen. What a fun year it was and how blessed I am. Thank you to each and every Thrive client who allowed me to capture beautiful images that will last forever.

My nearly newlywed friends, Greg and Tracey, were looking for some nice portraits for their Christmas cards this year and we finally got our schedules together to make it happen. Yesterday it was sunshine and 60’s and today, overcast and 40’s. It didn’t make a difference in getting awesome shots of these lovebirds in their holiday colors and beautiful smiles. Thanks Greg and Tracey for asking me to take your pictures and Tracey, have an amazing birthday weekend with your man!
